What does a vote approve?
A vote approves the exact request, its maximum budget and an expiry date. Provider support and the final price still need to be verified before an order can be placed.
This form does not pay a provider, transfer treasury funds or publish changes. A paid boost does not guarantee trading activity or ranking.

What cannot be changed here
The @username and the login stay with the operator: X's API cannot rename an account. An account is assigned to one project and is never reassigned. Posting has a 2-minute gap and 24 posts a day; identity changes have a 30-second gap and 20 a day.
